Who Is My Fitness File?
A quick run down of who we are and what we've done.
The My Fitness File exercise programming is the brainchild of Dan Williams. Dan has coached CrossFit at the highest level, programming for, and coaching Australia’s Denae Brown to the 2014 Reebok CrossFit Games. He has also coached CrossFit Regionals athletes and, prior to devoting his time to athlete development, was a three times Regionals competitor.
Dan first wrote for The CrossFit Journal in 2010 on the topic of Weakness Bias Training. These early concepts paved the way for what would become My Fitness File.
Dan has the combination of experience and expertise to create the highest quality of programming. He has been training, competing in, coaching and programming CrossFit since 2007. He is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Sports Scientist with a Bachlor of Science (Exercise and Health) and a Bachelor of Exercise Rehabilitation Science. Dan is the Director of Range of Motion CrossFit in Perth, Western Australia.
