Supplementary Interval Training

Supplemental ten minute interval training sessions to be completed in addition to regular training with four weeks of intended peak. Complete for movements that can be completed for max speed, running, rowing, swimming, cycling, air bike. Log these sessions using the 'Log Extra Session' option in your My Fitness File Training Log

Session 1: 10:5 x 40

Session 2: 70:35 x 6

Session 3: 20:10 x 20

Session 4: 80:40 x 5

Session 5: 30:15 x 13

Session 6: 90:45 x 4

Session 7: 40: 20 x 10

Session 8: 100:50 x 4

Session 9: 50:25 x 8

Session 10: 110:55 x 3

Session 11: 60:30 x 7

Session 12: 120:60 x 3
